Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 18, 2026
Autlantic ("we", "us", "Autlantic") operates the Autlantic platform at autlantic.com and related services. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, the legal bases for processing where applicable, and your choices.
Who we are
Autlantic provides software for creators to sell paid memberships and for members to subscribe and manage access. Creators receive membership payments directly to their own crypto wallets. Autlantic does not hold member subscription funds as a payment intermediary.
For privacy questions or requests, contact us at support@autlantic.com. Autlantic is the data controller for personal data described in this policy, except where a creator processes member data for their own store.
Information we collect
- Account data: name, email, password (stored hashed), and role (creator or member).
- Telegram data: when you link Telegram, we store your Telegram user ID and username to deliver invites and notifications.
- Transaction data: order amounts, plan names, payment status, and blockchain transaction identifiers used to verify USDC payments on Base.
- Creator store data: storefront content, plan pricing, payout wallet addresses, bot configuration, and member lists.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, device information, and cookies or similar technologies needed to keep you signed in and secure the service.
- Website analytics: if you accept analytics cookies, we use Google Analytics to collect information about pages visited, approximate location, device type, and referral source. See the Analytics section below.
- Communications: messages you send to support and notification delivery logs related to your account.
Legal bases (EEA and UK)
Where GDPR or similar laws apply, we rely on the following bases:
- Contract: to provide the platform, process subscriptions, verify payments, and deliver access you signed up for.
- Legitimate interests: to secure the service, prevent abuse, and improve core product functionality, balanced against your rights.
- Consent: for non-essential analytics cookies and Google Analytics. You can withdraw consent at any time through or your browser settings.
- Legal obligation: where we must retain or disclose data to comply with law.
How we use information
- Provide, operate, and improve the platform.
- Verify on-chain payments and activate or revoke membership access.
- Send service emails and, if enabled, Telegram or browser push notifications.
- Measure public website traffic when you consent to analytics cookies.
- Prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents.
- Comply with law and enforce our Terms of Service.
Google Analytics
When you accept analytics cookies, we use Google Analytics 4 (GA4), a service provided by Google Ireland Limited and Google LLC, to understand how visitors use autlantic.com. This may include pages viewed, session duration, device and browser type, approximate geography, and referral source.
We use Google Consent Mode. Analytics cookies and identifiers are not used unless you accept analytics. If you reject analytics, Google may still receive limited, cookieless signals for aggregate measurement as described in Google's Privacy Policy.
Google may process analytics data in the United States and other countries. Google participates in applicable transfer frameworks and offers data processing terms for Analytics customers. You can read more in our Cookie Policy.
Creators and members
If you subscribe to a creator, that creator can see information needed to fulfill your membership (for example email, Telegram ID, order history with their store). Creators are independent of Autlantic and may have their own practices; contact the creator for questions about how they use member data beyond what Autlantic provides.
Sharing and service providers
We share information only as needed to run Autlantic. We do not sell your personal information. Our main categories of service providers include:
- Hosting and infrastructure (for example Railway, Cloudflare) to operate the website and applications.
- Email delivery (for example Resend) for account and service messages.
- Payments (Stripe) for creator platform subscriptions billed by Autlantic.
- Analytics (Google Analytics) when you consent to analytics cookies.
- Media storage (Cloudinary) when creators upload images.
- Telegram when you connect Telegram for login, invites, or notifications.
- Public blockchains when you or a creator submit transaction hashes for payment verification. On-chain data is public by design.
- Authorities when required by law or to protect rights and safety.
These providers process data under contractual confidentiality and data protection obligations appropriate to their role.
Retention
We keep account and transaction records while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward for legal, tax, and dispute resolution purposes, unless a longer period is required by law. Analytics data retention follows our Google Analytics configuration and Google's standard retention options.
Security
We use industry-standard measures to protect data in transit and at rest. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; use a strong password and protect access to your email and Telegram account.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data, to object to certain processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. Contact us at support@autlantic.com to exercise these rights. You can update profile details in your account settings.
If you previously accepted analytics cookies, you can turn them off at any time using in the site footer or on this page.
If you are in the European Economic Area or UK and believe we have not addressed your concern, you may lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. In Portugal, this is the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (CNPD).
International transfers
We may process data in countries other than your own, including the United States, where some service providers are located. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses or equivalent mechanisms offered by our providers.
Children
Autlantic is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the revised version on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated policy.
